![]() ![]() Anything to do with "Manage" or "Manage your account" simply takes me to a web browser to make changes to the account, but nothing related to the Outlook application. Only Manage and Disconnect under "Email & accounts" and "Access work or school" respectively. Windows 10 Settings>Accounts shows the Microsoft Account which is our 365Īccount, but there is no way to update the password here. ![]() looks about the same but the Change Account window is different. File>Account Settings>Manage Profile>Email Accounts. In Outlook, going to File>Account Settings>Account Settings and clicking on the email and then Change. Outlook 365 now saves it conveniently but doesn't make it convenient to update the password when it expires or the user manually changes it. Prior to this, we were using Outlook 2007 and all users were required to input their password every time they opened Outlook. One of the issues I'm finding that is going to be a problem is when a user needs to update their password within the Outlook application once their password has been changed (password expiration, user manually changing it, etc.). Our accounts were with Exchange prior to this and are still being managed within Exchange. We recently made the move to Microsoft/Office 365 for business and been loving it.
